Terms of service
Levyo Terms of Service
Last updated: 7 May 2026
These Terms apply to www.levyo.co.uk, the Levyo Shopify storefront and checkout, Levyo proof-first custom shirt requests, Levyo Maker and orders placed with Levyo.
Please read these Terms before using the website, requesting a proof, uploading content, using Levyo Maker or placing an order.
1. About Levyo
Levyo is operated by Dominik Taux, sole proprietor trading as Levyo.
Business address and returns address:
c/o IP-Management #7818
Ludwig-Erhard-Str. 18
20459 Hamburg
Germany
Email: info@levyo.co.uk
VAT ID: DE456478225. No VAT is shown on invoices under the German small business regulation in section 19 UStG.
In these Terms, "Levyo", "we", "us" and "our" mean the seller named above. "You" and "your" mean the customer or website user.
2. Who these Terms are for
These Terms are written for UK consumers buying personalised or custom printed clothing for personal, group, club, event, team, society, family or similar non-resale use.
If you are buying for a business, for resale, merchandising or on behalf of an organisation that needs separate commercial terms, contact us before ordering. We may agree separate written terms.
Nothing in these Terms affects legal rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable consumer law.
3. How Levyo works
Proof-first custom group shirt service
You can send us a custom proof request. Your request may include event type, quantity, deadline, shirt colour, size information, UK postcode, email address, design brief, jokes, names, phrases, rights information and optional images, logos or photos.
A proof request is not an order and does not require you to buy anything. We may review the request and send you a proof, quote and next steps. Production for a proof-first order is intended to start only after you approve the final proof and pay for the order.
Self-serve Levyo Maker and Shopify checkout flow
You may use Levyo Maker to enter a prompt, generate design ideas using AI, edit or place a design, upload your own artwork and create a cart or order through Shopify checkout.
For self-serve Levyo Maker orders, the design you place into the cart and submit at checkout is treated as customer-approved. Production may start automatically after payment and order acceptance unless we tell you otherwise.
You must check your design, spelling, placement, garment, size, colour, quantity, delivery address and delivery timing carefully before ordering.
4. Shopify storefront and checkout
Our website and checkout are hosted or powered by Shopify and related Shopify services.
Before placing an order, checkout will show the products in your cart, the price, payment options, delivery options and delivery costs available for your order.
You are responsible for checking and correcting errors before placing an order, including product selection, personalised content, design placement, spelling, garment colour, size, quantity, delivery address, postcode and email address.
By clicking the final checkout button, such as "Pay now", "Complete order" or similar wording, you agree to pay for the order.
After you place an order, you should receive an order confirmation by email or another durable format. Keep it for your records.
5. Products
Levyo sells personalised, custom and on-demand printed clothing, including AI-assisted and customer-designed T-shirts.
A Custom Product means any product made to your specifications or clearly personalised for you. This includes products printed using your prompt, design, proof, names, jokes, phrases, logos, photos, uploaded artwork, event details, garment choices, colour choices, size mix or other custom requirements.
A Standard Product means a product that is not personalised, not custom-made and not produced on demand to your specifications. Levyo may not always sell Standard Products.
A Business Day means Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
6. Product information, previews and print tolerances
We try to describe products accurately. Product pages, proof emails, quotes and checkout pages may include garment type, colour, size, quantity, price, delivery estimate and other relevant details.
Product images, AI previews, mockups and proofs are visual guides. They are not exact physical samples.
The final printed product may vary slightly from the preview in colour, contrast, print size, placement, texture, fabric effect, garment shade and how the design appears across different garment sizes. Small differences are not usually faults. A material difference from the approved proof, wrong design, wrong garment, wrong size, defective print or damaged item may be a fault or incorrect item.
We may make minor technical adjustments needed for print production, such as cropping, resizing, alignment, transparency handling, colour balancing, safe-area adjustments, file conversion or print preparation.
7. Prices, currency, taxes and payment
Prices are shown before you place an order. Prices are displayed in GBP. Delivery costs are shown before you place the order.
Product pages and checkout may display wording such as taxes included or similar Shopify wording. For Levyo, this means the product price shown is the final product price before shipping and any checkout-calculated charges. No VAT is shown separately on invoices under section 19 UStG.
You can pay using the payment methods available at checkout. Payment providers may include card processors, Shopify Payments, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay or other providers shown at checkout.
Some payment methods are provided by third parties and may have their own terms. This does not affect your rights against Levyo as the seller of the goods.
Unless a product page or checkout clearly says otherwise, Levyo orders are one-off purchases and are not subscriptions or recurring purchases.
8. Order acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy the products in your cart. Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation or otherwise confirm acceptance.
We may refuse or cancel an order before acceptance if the product, garment, size or colour is unavailable; there is an obvious pricing, product or checkout error; payment is not authorised; we cannot meet a requested deadline; your content appears to breach these Terms; a supplier, payment provider or platform cannot process the order; we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse; or we cannot lawfully, safely or practically fulfil the order.
If we refuse or cancel an order after taking payment and you have not breached these Terms, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item.
9. Proof requests, quotes and approval
Where we describe a proof as a "free 24-hour proof", this means we aim to send a first proof, quote or next-step response within 24 hours after receiving enough information to understand the request. It does not guarantee production or delivery within 24 hours.
We may ask for more information before preparing a proof or quote. We may decline a proof request if we cannot safely, legally or practically prepare it, or if the request appears to include prohibited content.
Quotes are valid for 14 days unless we state a different period in writing. For custom orders, we may create a private checkout link, hidden Shopify product, custom Shopify product, invoice or payment link. Private checkout links and hidden products are intended only for the quoted customer and quoted order.
Proof Approval means you approve the final proof for production. Approval may happen by email, written message, approval button, payment after receiving a proof and quote, or another approval method we tell you about.
By giving Proof Approval, you confirm that you have checked and approved the design concept, spelling, names, dates, jokes, phrases, photos, logos, uploaded files, garment colour, garment type, quantities, size mix, print placement, delivery address, postcode, event deadline and your rights to use the content.
10. Revisions
For proof-first requests, one reasonable revision is included free of charge unless we state otherwise.
A revision means a reasonable change to the same brief, such as adjusting wording, placement, colour direction or a design detail. A different concept, new event, new artwork direction, new logo set, major redesign or materially different brief may count as a new proof request or chargeable work.
Self-serve Levyo Maker orders do not automatically include a free manual revision after checkout unless we expressly agree otherwise.
11. Production start and order lock
For proof-first orders, production is intended to start after Proof Approval and cleared payment. For self-serve Levyo Maker orders, production may start automatically after order acceptance and payment.
Production Start means the point when we or our print workflow begin preparing the order for manufacture. This may include generating mockups, creating print files, creating hidden or custom Shopify products, allocating garments, transmitting the order to a print partner, or the print partner accepting, confirming or locking the order for production.
After Production Start, changes and cancellations may not be possible because the product is custom-made for you. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately at info@levyo.co.uk.
12. Levyo Maker and AI
Levyo Maker allows you to enter prompts, generate design drafts using AI, edit or place designs, upload your own images or artwork and create a cart or order from the resulting design.
Levyo Maker may use third-party AI services such as OpenAI and design/editing technologies. You are responsible for the prompts you enter, the content you upload and the final design you approve at checkout.
AI-generated outputs may be imperfect, unexpected, similar to other outputs, unsuitable for printing or unsuitable for your intended use. We do not guarantee that an AI-generated design is unique, protectable by intellectual property rights, non-infringing or legally cleared for your intended use.
Do not enter sensitive personal information into prompts or uploads unless it is necessary for the order and you have the right to provide it.
Levyo Maker is part of the design and order flow. It is not sold as a separate downloadable digital product unless checkout expressly says otherwise.
13. Customer content
User Content means anything you submit, upload, generate, approve or provide to us, including prompts, design briefs, jokes, names, phrases, slogans, photos, logos, brand names, badges, artwork, images, files, event information and design instructions.
You confirm that your User Content is lawful; you own it or have permission to use it for the order; you have permission from any identifiable person shown or named; you have appropriate permission for any image or personal data of a child; your User Content does not infringe copyright, trade marks, design rights, passing off, privacy, data protection, defamation, personality, publicity or other third-party rights; and your User Content is not misleading about affiliation, endorsement or official status.
You must not assume that we have checked or cleared your rights just because we prepare a proof, accept an order or print a product.
14. Prohibited content
You must not submit, upload, generate, approve or order content that includes, promotes or supports unlawful content or activity; hatred, harassment, abuse, threats or discrimination; obscene, pornographic or sexually exploitative content; violence, self-harm, terrorism, extremism or glorification of serious harm; defamatory or malicious statements; private-person names, images or personal information without permission; children's images or personal data without permission; protected logos, badges, brands, sports teams, universities, employers, charities, public bodies, official seals, characters, artwork or merchandise designs without permission; counterfeit or fake official merchandise; misleading affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement or impersonation; content that breaches platform, payment-provider or supplier rules; malware or technical attacks; or anything we reasonably consider harmful, unsafe, unlawful, infringing or unsuitable for production.
We may ask you to provide evidence of rights, permission or licensing. We may reject, edit, remove, refuse, cancel, pause or ask you to revise User Content that appears to breach these Terms.
15. Licence you give Levyo
You keep any rights you have in your User Content.
You grant Levyo, Shopify, our AI service providers, our design/editing technology providers, our payment providers where needed, our print partners, fulfilment partners and delivery partners a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use your User Content only as reasonably needed to receive and review your request; generate drafts, previews, proofs and mockups; edit, crop, resize, adapt, position, colour-adjust or otherwise prepare the design for print; create print files and hidden/custom products; manufacture, fulfil and deliver your order; provide support, reprints, replacements, returns or refunds; prevent fraud, misuse, unlawful activity or legal risk; comply with legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, platform and supplier obligations; and establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
We will not use your personalised design, private photos, names, event details or uploaded logos in marketing, advertising, social media, public galleries or promotional materials without your permission.
16. Levyo content and design assets
The website, Levyo branding, layout, templates, software, workflows, prompts, mockup systems, production methods and non-customer design assets belong to Levyo or our licensors.
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, your order is for the physical printed product, not for source files, editable files, private prompts, software, templates, mockup systems or an exclusive assignment of design rights.
17. Content claims
If a third party makes a claim against Levyo because your User Content breaches the confirmations you give in these Terms, you may be responsible for reasonable, foreseeable, direct losses and costs we incur as a result, to the extent the loss was caused by your breach.
This does not make you responsible for Levyo's own breach, negligence, production mistake or legal obligation that cannot fairly be passed to you. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.
18. Print workflow and fulfilment partners
Levyo may use print, fulfilment and delivery partners to create mockups, prepare print files, manufacture products and ship orders.
The print workflow may include mockup generation, print-file creation, hidden or custom Shopify product creation, order transmission, garment allocation, printing, quality checks, packing and carrier handover.
We remain responsible to you for the goods you buy from Levyo. The use of third-party suppliers does not remove your statutory rights.
19. Supplier, stock or production issues
If a garment, size, colour, print method, fulfilment route or supplier becomes unavailable after proof, quote or checkout, we may offer a substitute, revised delivery estimate, split delivery, partial fulfilment, reprint/replacement route, cancellation of affected items or refund for affected items.
We will ask for your approval before making a material substitution. If we cannot fulfil an affected item, we will refund the amount paid for that item.
20. Delivery
Levyo currently delivers to UK addresses only. Available delivery options and costs are shown at checkout.
For UK proof-first custom orders, typical delivery is approximately 5 to 8 Business Days after Proof Approval and cleared payment unless your quote or order confirmation states otherwise. For self-serve Levyo Maker orders, the delivery estimate runs from order acceptance and cleared payment unless we tell you otherwise.
The proof timeframe is separate from the production and delivery timeframe. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless your quote or order confirmation clearly states a guaranteed delivery date.
If no specific delivery date is agreed, we will deliver within 30 days after order acceptance unless we agree a later date with you.
21. Event deadlines
Tell us about any event deadline before ordering. A requested event date helps us assess your order, but it is not a guaranteed delivery date unless we expressly confirm a guaranteed delivery date in writing.
Delays caused by late approval, late payment, missing information, incorrect address details or customer-requested changes may move the delivery estimate.
22. Delivery problems
Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or to a person you nominate to receive them.
You are responsible for giving a complete and accurate delivery address. If an order is delayed, lost or damaged in transit, contact us at info@levyo.co.uk.
If the carrier confirms loss or damage and the issue was not caused by incorrect information from you, we will offer an appropriate remedy such as reprint, replacement or refund.
23. Events outside our reasonable control
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, postal or carrier disruption, supplier disruption, labour disputes, utility failure, internet or platform outages, war, terrorism, public emergency, epidemic, import/export disruption or changes in law.
If such an event causes a substantial delay, you may contact us to cancel the affected order and receive a refund for goods not supplied, unless production has already started for a Custom Product and cancellation is not reasonably possible. We will treat you fairly and will not limit any statutory rights you have.
24. Cancellation and change-of-mind returns for Custom Products
Most Levyo products are Custom Products made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
The normal UK change-of-mind cancellation right for distance purchases does not apply to goods made to a consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.
This means Custom Products cannot normally be cancelled or returned simply because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, no longer need the item, approved a spelling mistake, changed the event plan or dislike a design you approved.
Even though the normal change-of-mind cancellation right does not apply, we will try to help if you contact us before Production Start. After Production Start, cancellation or changes may not be possible because the product is being made for you.
This section does not affect your statutory rights for faulty, incorrect, damaged or not-as-described goods.
25. Cancellation and returns for Standard Products
This section applies only to Standard Products, if we sell any.
For Standard Products bought online, you may cancel from the date of order until 14 days after the day you receive the goods. To cancel, contact info@levyo.co.uk or use the model cancellation form at the end of these Terms.
You must return the goods within 14 days after telling us you wish to cancel, unless we agree to collect them. For change-of-mind returns of Standard Products, you are responsible for return postage unless we state otherwise or the law requires otherwise.
Refunds for Standard Products are made to the original payment method within the legally required period after we receive the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back.
26. Faulty, incorrect, damaged or not-as-described goods
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights. Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for their usual purpose, fit for any specific purpose you made known to us and we accepted, and as described.
If your order is faulty, incorrect, damaged or not as described, contact us as soon as possible at info@levyo.co.uk. Include your order number, photos of the issue, photos of the garment label or size if relevant, photos of packaging or delivery damage if relevant, and a short explanation.
If the goods are faulty, incorrect, damaged or not as described, we will offer an appropriate remedy. This may include reprint, replacement, repair, price reduction or refund.
27. Refunds and returns process
Refunds are made to the original payment method unless we agree otherwise. Refund timing may depend on the payment provider.
Do not return Custom Products without contacting us first, as we may be able to resolve the issue using photos or by arranging a reprint or replacement.

28. Customer accounts and account deletion
You may be able to create or use a customer account through Shopify Customer Accounts and related account tools. You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure and your details accurate.
We may suspend or close an account if we reasonably believe it has been used for fraud, unlawful activity, prohibited content, security misuse or serious breach of these Terms.
You may request account deletion by contacting info@levyo.co.uk. Account deletion does not automatically cancel active orders or delete records we need to keep for order fulfilment, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute handling, legal compliance or legal claims.
29. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and retain personal data. Uploaded photos, names, event information, delivery addresses, design briefs and prompts may contain personal data. Only upload personal data where you have the right to do so.
30. Third-party services and links
Our website, Levyo Maker, checkout, payment, printing, fulfilment and delivery processes may involve third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, OpenAI, browser-based design tools, Firebase/Google Cloud, print and fulfilment partners, delivery carriers, Trusted Shops, Recharge and analytics/marketing providers.
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control. However, we remain responsible to you for goods you buy from Levyo, subject to these Terms and your statutory rights.
31. Reviews, comments and messages
If you send us comments, feedback, reviews, suggestions or messages, you must make sure they are lawful, honest and not misleading. We may use non-confidential feedback to improve our products and services. We will not publish your private order details, private photos or personalised design content for marketing without your permission.
32. Promotions and discount codes
Promotions, discount codes and special offers may be subject to additional terms shown with the promotion. Promotions may be limited by date, quantity, product type, customer type or delivery destination.
We may refuse or cancel a promotion if it is used fraudulently, unlawfully, contrary to the promotion terms or because of an obvious error. Promotion terms will not affect your statutory rights.
33. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for foreseeable loss and damage caused by our breach of these Terms or our failure to take reasonable care.
We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of your statutory consumer rights or anything else that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
We supply products mainly for personal, group, club, event and non-business use. We are not responsible for business losses such as loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.
We are not responsible for event costs, venue costs, travel costs, replacement event arrangements or loss of enjoyment unless the loss was foreseeable and caused by our breach, or unless we expressly accepted a guaranteed delivery date and the law requires a remedy.
34. Your responsibility to us
You are responsible for information, approvals and content you provide to us. You must pay for orders you place unless you have a right to cancel, reject, refund or another remedy under these Terms or the law.
You may be responsible for reasonable, foreseeable, direct losses caused by your breach of these Terms, including breach of the User Content confirmations. Nothing in this section makes you responsible for our own breach, negligence, production mistake or legal obligation that cannot fairly be passed to you.
35. Complaints and ADR
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue. Email: info@levyo.co.uk.
We aim to respond within 5 Business Days.
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. We have not selected a UK alternative dispute resolution provider. This does not affect your right to bring court proceedings.
36. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The Terms in force when we accept your order apply to that order.
We will not change the agreed terms of an accepted order unless you agree, the change is required by law, the change is minor and does not disadvantage you, or a supplier, safety, legal or production issue requires a change and we offer you a fair remedy.
37. If part of these Terms is invalid
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the Terms will continue to apply.
38. Transfer
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under an order to someone else without our written agreement. We may transfer our rights and obligations to another organisation if this does not reduce your rights or remedies.
39. Governing law and courts
These Terms and any order are governed by German law to the extent permitted by applicable consumer law. If you are a UK consumer, nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer protections or court rights available where you live.
