Refund and returns policy

This policy explains cancellation, return and refund rules for Levyo orders. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

Custom and personalised products

Most Levyo products are custom-made or clearly personalised. This includes shirts made from your prompt, uploaded file, AI Maker design, approved proof, names, jokes, phrases, event details, garment choices, colour choices, size mix or other custom requirements.

Custom products cannot normally be cancelled or returned for change of mind once production has started or once the product has been made for you. This includes cases where you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, approved a spelling mistake, changed event plans or no longer need the item.

If you need to change or cancel a custom order, contact us immediately. If production has not started, we will try to help. After production start, changes and cancellation may not be possible.

This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty, incorrect, damaged or not as described.

Standard products

This section applies only if we sell a non-personalised standard product that is not made to your specifications and not produced on demand for you.

For standard products bought online, you may cancel from the date of order until 14 days after the day you receive the goods. You then have another 14 days to return the goods after telling us you want to cancel.

Standard products must be returned in a condition consistent with normal inspection, with any labels and packaging where reasonably possible. We may reduce the refund if the goods have lost value because they were handled more than necessary.

For change-of-mind returns of standard products, you are responsible for return postage unless we say otherwise or the law requires otherwise.

Faulty, incorrect, damaged or not-as-described goods

If your order is faulty, incorrect, damaged or not as described, contact us as soon as possible at info@levyo.co.uk.

Please include your order number, photos of the issue, photos of the garment label or size where relevant, photos of packaging or delivery damage where relevant, and a short explanation of the problem.

If the goods are faulty, incorrect, damaged or not as described, we will offer an appropriate remedy. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a reprint, replacement, repair, price reduction or refund.

If the issue was caused by our error or a production fault, we will pay reasonable return postage where a return is needed.

What is not usually a fault

The following are not usually faults unless the difference is material:

  • small colour differences between screen previews and print;
  • small placement or scale differences within normal print tolerances;
  • fabric texture or garment batch variation affecting the print appearance;
  • customer-approved spelling, name, date, joke, artwork or sizing mistakes;
  • low-resolution, blurry or poor-quality uploads supplied by you;
  • sizing issues where the supplied product matches the size ordered and the published size guide;
  • damage caused by misuse, washing contrary to care instructions or normal wear and tear.

Refund timing

Refunds are normally made to the original payment method. Refund timing can depend on the payment provider.

If only part of an order is cancelled or refunded, we refund only the affected item and any related delivery charge required by law.

Gift cards and promotions

Gift cards, discount codes and promotions are handled according to the terms shown with the relevant gift card, code or promotion, provided those terms are fair and lawful. This does not affect your statutory rights.
